Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2Yluv/by_merchant/
Benchmarks: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2Yluv/benchmarks/

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H80i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($84.99 @ Amazon)

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($139.99 @ Microcenter)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($159.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Corsair Force LS Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($89.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 770 4GB Video Card ($405.91 @ Newegg)
Wireless Network Adapter: Edimax EW-7612PIn 802.11b/g/n PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter ($19.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Corsair 500R White ATX Mid Tower Case ($79.99 @ Newegg)

Optical Drive: LG WH16NS40 Blu-Ray/DVD/CD Writer ($64.99 @ Newegg)

Keyboard: Gear Head KBL5925W Wireless Standard Keyboard w/Laser Mouse ($27.24 @ Amazon)
Total: $1604.98

Changed the mobo to a much better reviewed one, changed your back up HDD to a caviar blue and getting a black for a mass storage device is overkill. Changed the case to a better corsair one at a better price. Unless you really want an orange case there's no reason to get the one you were.

Yes this rig will run those games on ultra, but only get the 4gb 770 if you plan to SLI it later with another.

The GPU should peak at 60FPS on ultra but avg would be lower in the 40's according to most benchmarks and that's going to be your limiting factor.

Now by summer what comes out, see then. Too long to plan a build, prices change, new stuff comes out.

I actually do plan on running the 770 sli later and what brand gpu and mobo do you recommend would an asrock extreme 6or 4 be good, or go for a gigabyte or asus mobo
The reason i chose this case is because of its size but the 500r white seems good though

I'd stick with ASRock, gigabyte or Asus. People are very critical with MSIs UI and bios set up while they have been loving gigabytes.

Gigabyte GA-Z87X-HD3 vs Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H vs Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H which would you consider the best

I think the ud3h, i believe it gets some extra sata ports and usb 3.0 ports.

seems much better. Only way to change the color would be to buy a new fan.

its slightly overkill in the cost column but i you have the money to spend, its a great build, you shouldn't encounter any problems running next gen games and cpu hungry game
