Hey guys, I have a gtx 770 and there's something quite strange going on. The fps I get in benchmarks and games changes significantly for apparently no reason. For instance, on Furmark I would get an average of 64 fps, but after a reboot or two it average 53 fps. This goes for all other software too.

I tried many things to make it so I get the 64 fps avg always, but I usually get 53 fps. I have tried reinstalling drivers, rolling back to old ones, changing a few mobo settings and other random settings in the nvidia control panel. Can any of you tell what the problem is?

I have a M5a99x, fx 8320, and oczsxs2 600.

Thank for the reply bjaminnyc

Well, I have already messed around a lot in the mobo settings. I even took pictures of the settings when I did get the 64 fps avg, however the settings don't seem to matter and it changes quite randomly. For instance, I just installed the new 334 drivers from nvidia and I got the 64 fps for a while, but now its back down to 55 fps. I tried doing a clean reinstall but that didn't get the higher fps avg back.
