Decent gaming computer under 500

Hi I'm looking for a computer that can handle games at 720p min 30fps while recording them, and a webcam. That means I need decent space too 1 TB+An os has to be included. Any good builds that could do this At or under $500? Not trying to get ultra on 1080p just like good+ on 720p. How is this for what I want to do?

Ok good news, My friend has a Graphics card I can use, so take that out and try to beef up the cpu or ram maybe. Whatever would be best.
