need to reset my router. admin/admin doesn't work. virgin/password doesn't work. admin/password doesn't work.

Find your router model and go to this site http://portforward.com/default_username_password/. You will find your router factory default username and password there, unless it was changed to a different one. If this is the case, you must reset your router to factory defaults. Be careful when resetting the router, because you also will lose your current ISP WAN configuration.
