Honestly speaking you're buying off tigerdirect so I can't recommend you much.

But I would prefer that you had a budget of around 600 dollars, and I could build you a great rig for that.

Mind you , not off tigerdirect but off PC part picker.

Let me give you some options.

This rig is kick ass, but it is not off of tigerdirect.ca And it would run everything on high settings to even ultra settings that you want.

However it costs 633 dollars so I'm not sure you're willing to spend that much.

In that case,

you have this option.

A 7850 is a bit older card but you can safely overclock it to get the performance of a 7870 which...

R7 260x is really not the card to play BF4.

It's not recommended anywhere to play BF4 with that card.

You might get by on a 1920 x 1080p screen, but there will be continuous problems in areas where it will lag.

And you might be able to run other games but you would not definitely enjoy them as much.

A 7850 is a bit older card but you can safely overclock it to get the performance of a 7870 which performs just as well as r9 270x.

Also the reason I am suggesting AMD FX-6300 is because you said you might want to overclock and this processor has a lot of overclocking potential.

Now if you insist on tigerdirect quotes, I can give you for these two setups, but they will cost you 50-70 dollars extra for both of these setups, that you could safely get cheaper from my quoted areas.
