So, here i am... after thinking about it, i decided to create a budget gaming system (yes, still needs tinkering, Thats why im here :D) Anyways.. The question is... Is there ANYTHING (yes, anything) wrong with this build? Things i focus on is the motherboard quality, and the Powersupply... Anyways, heres the computer

COUGER Spike Micro ATX Case

INTEL i5 4670 Processor

GIGABYTE Ga-b85m-d3h Motherboard

G.SKILL 8gb Ripgaw 1333mhz ram

Seagate 1tb HDD

ASUS DVD drive (ill probably change later)

ZOTAC geforce gtx 650

Corsair cx 430m PSU

Yes, ive became a bit lazy... Anyways, yes, Please take a look,, and post anything wrong/can be upgraded to fit the budge (PLEASE USE MEMORY EXPRESS. As i live in canada :D)

You can easily pull it off using www.newegg.ca

Anyhow, your mobo does not support SLI. In future if you want to use more than one graphics card then you won't be able to create SLI so either change the GPU to R9 270x or if you don't want to use multiple graphics cards then go for GTX 660.

Corsair CX series is not recommended. Go for TX/RM/HX series PSU from corsair

G.Skill RAM. What are its timings?

It is always better to provide links to your chosen components.

An AMD processor is always better when it comes to a budget build. It's price allows you to spend more on a GPU while the CPU isn't bad at all. Make sure though you will be able to overclock that FX6300. So get a MOBO and a CPU cooler which can handle that. That processor is great for overclocking.

Switching to an FX6300 should allow you to buy a HD7870 or AMD R9 270x.

Yeah, The timings on the G.skill ram are 9-9-9-24-2n. Anyways, Im planning on upgradding to a 760 to 770 later on, but, i see how the PSU would be a problem... Im may drop the processor down a bit, but as i play cpu heavy games (BF3, GTA iv, Planetside 2, etc) I'd like to have a decent processor.... I dont really like AMD, so, i hesitate to move towards them (other then their Gpu's) and, I do not plan to have a dual GPU setup..

Anyways, thanks for the help guys! Lets change this up abit

Core™ i5-4570 Processor

Or, Would it be worth it to go to a amd? beacuse... if i do... Wouldn't it be slightly slower then a Intel?

GPU

Im thinking either a Gtx 660 or a amd radeon 260x

R7 260X OC

N660 GAMING GeForce GTX 660 2GB

I can easily go over the 500w range... since i plan on upgrading this... I may end up buying it over the web... Though, I dont really like the thought of shipping (Urgh, broken parts :D)

How are these:

Silverstone
Strider Essential 500W Power Supply

EVGA 500B 500W Bronze Power Supply
http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX47094

EVGA 600B 600W Bronze Power Supply

Silverstone
Strider Essential 600W Power Supply

Go with EVGA 500/600 options. Both are good.
