Could I have two power supplies; one for my graphics card and one for the rest of my pc? If yes, how much watts would I need to run a gtx 770 alone? 300-350w?

Since no one has answered yet, let me try. I can't see why it shouldn't work. You should make sure that the PSU delivers enough power on the +12V rail though. Just because a PSU has 350w doesn't mean it can deliver all that power just on the +12V rail.

Yes you can. At a minimum, you will need to either purchase a terminator for the motherboard power connector, or terminate it yourself. You will probably want to purchase or make a means to turn them both on at the same time.

But why not just get a proper PSU to begin with?

I have a PSU that is 450w and is good and I don't want to buy like a 600-700 watt PSU when i only need a bit more power to power my GPU. In stead of paying like $80/£60 I would rather just pay like a third of that so I can power my GPU. Also, what do you mean by a terminator?

The PSU needs to think it is plugged in to turn on.
