I am looking to replace the stock fans on my Corsair Carbide 400r and have read mixed things on whether to have air flow fans or static pressure fans for front intake, please help me choose which ones to have. Thanks
better get static pressure ones
Cooler Master Sickleflow 120mm have good airflow, good static pressure and low noise http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-case-fan-r4l2r20agr2

and use the front fans for the top of the case(don't waste them)

It doesn't matter. The real world airflow you will get from any given fan is not going to be either of those numbers, and in fact those two numbers don't even give you any indication of how much airflow you will get in a real world application. So unless you plan to compare p/q graphs, don't worry about the numbers.
