I am building a new pc & I will be using this pc mostly for multitasking with heavy usage.

I will also be doing casual gaming with modern games as well.

I have chosen my pc parts and have bought some and some remain to be purchased.

I am working on a budget so I am trying to get anything that gives best performance to value, under my budget.

Below is my chosen config

Cooler Master HAF912 Combat With Side Window (Not Purchased)
AMD FX-6300 Black Edition (Purchased)
Asus M5A97 R2.0 (Not Purchased)
Corsair Vengeance 4gb DDR3 1600mhz RAM (2x4gb) (Purchased)
MSI Radeon HD R6850 OC Edition (Purchased)
WD 1TB WD10EZEX (Purchased)
Dell S2240L monitor (Purchased)
Cooler Master Devastator Keyboard & Mouse Combo (Purchased)
3-4 USB Devices

Please help me select the best psu. I am considering Antec VP450P but unsure if it can power all of this. Do I need 550W power supply ?

If I need 550W then I am considering Corsair VS550 as its in by budget but unsure if its worth it.

I need a psu that will last me a long time along with my purchased parts since I wont be able to upgrade my pc often and need it to last 6-7 years.

More about : decide psu plz grateful

Nobody ?

I did an online psu calculator check and it said 430w.

I don't plan to overclock my cpu. Even if I do, I would only do as much as the stock fan and heatsink would support...nothing than that.

I am sure someone here could answer my question....help guys!!!

I found Antec VP450P for cheap....should I get that ?

It has 18amp on +12 rail in dual mode. I don't understand the technicals but will it be sufficient ?

Since Antec is a reputed brand I can assume that it will give 450w as advertised.

That is a decent PSU considering you can't get that XFX PSU in India... Have you tried Amazon India?
