I like to play games..Now i'm building my pc to play assassin's creed iv, upcoming gta v and watch dogs ....with my budget i can only afford i3 3220 or fx 6300..so which will give better performance on those games with a decent gpu ????

Those games can utilize multiple threads fairly well, so probably the 6300. The 8320 is also about the same price as the 6300, so I would look at that too. The 6300 will give you a large performance increase.
