ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ has nowhere to plug in USB 3.0 from Corsair air 540.

Hello, I am new so sorry if my terminology is incorrect. I have an Asus M5a97 mobo and a Corsair Air 540 case. There are USB 3.0 pass-throughs on the front of the case that need somewhere to plug in, but there is nowhere on my board to plug it in. Is there some way I can get the usb ports on the case to work with my board? Or is it possible for me to switch the ports out?

Thanks for pointing that out. It was covered by my Asus 270x GPU. I guess I should refund the card and choose something not as long.
