why don't you get gtx 760 instead of gtx 660ti?
Look here if it comes in your budget.
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DBPKEOI/?tag=pcpapi-20 +you will be getting a Free Assassin's Creed 4 Game.

I already have a gtx 660 ti and it would take awhile to sell it

If you could sell your old gpu, then you can get even better gpu(Not better than sli performance)

If I were to get this card and run it in sli. What would the temps be. My gtx 660 ti right now under load with a custom fan profile is 62 degrees Celsius.

depends on your cooling of your case and gpu cooling. If they good enough then you won't see any difference more than 10C from single gpu. You would be good till the 80C temp and must start worrying if temps go beyond that value.

I have a phantom 410 and all the fan spots are full with cool air coming in and hot air getting pushed out.

that's better. Just make sure you have at least one case fan on the side panel for best and optimal cooling for your gpus :)
