I reinstalled windows after my computer was being slow. I downloaded AMD Catalyst and it doesn't appear to register my gpu, only CPU. I can't reinstall catalyst (HTTP Error) and my Windows Experience index is 1.0 for graphics and gaming graphics. In steam I can download games but I can't run some games. My pc is also stuck in the stupid basic mode even after I change setting. Also, just to add to the problems, my pc isn't picking up my 2nd monitor. Would anyone be able to give me any possible solution, thanks!
I really want my pc to get fixed as I spend £700 on it less than a year ago
