virtualization option is not in boot menu how i enable it

This kernel requires an *86 -64 cpu but only detected an i686 cpu. Unable to boot - please use a kernel appropriate for your cpu.
But in boot setup virtualization is not inbuilt in Windows7 mini laptop how i enable virtualization
 
Please try to provide more details of your hardware (or at least brand and model name/number if it's a laptop) and of what you're trying to do. Setting up a virtual machine is normally done via software such as VMWare Player, not in the boot menu, and a "mini laptop" is unlikely to be powerful enough for that anyway.
