Blank screen after building whole computer?

So I install the graphics card (gtx 780) and when I turn it on it blanks. I haven't installed windows 7 yet nor have I had any drivers for the gtx 780. Could the reason I got a blank screen is because I had no drivers?

I did connect everything right. It started up but there was blank on the monitor. The LED that it recognized a computer turned on but the screen was black.

Here`s what the problem is.
The board has its own video output.
That is set as the default primary display adapter for output to the monitor.
If you connect the monitor to the back of the video ports of the board.
You will get a screen image.

You must next enter the bios and set the primary display adapter as the Pci-e interface.
Save the setting in the bios before exiting.

And then connect the cable from the monitor to the back of the 780 card.
you will then get a display image from the 780.

Msi boards are notorious, for not auto switching on a pci card fitted in the slot, you must manually set the interface to pci-e in the bios and save it then it works with your 780.

I see your solution is good, however we never had windows 7 installed. Also we never got anything to turn onto the monitor. So how would we know what we are doing in the bios?

everything looks good in your build. Just to make sure if something isn't shorting, run everything outside the case.
Have you tried booting up using your motherboard onboard graphics by plugging your screen to motherboard? And do fans spins on cpu, gpu and psu?

Fans do spin. Yet, my motherboard broke so I have to replace it I am rush shipping another one but I want to see if I can find a solution for the no video thing. My dad sorta ripped the card out of the pcie slot. The graphics card wouldn't let go of it :/

you wouldn't find any solution if it comes out to be hardware problem.
Some common solutions would be:
a. Some monitors do not feature auto switching of input ports. If you are using a different input on the monitor make sure it is set to the right input otherwise you won't get a display.
b. Try the GPU in a different PCIe slot.
c. Check the CPU socket for any bent pins.(even if you have to do it twice because i have seen people neglecting this option mostly)
