I have facing following problem in my desktop computer (Assemble PC) :-
starting on system after M/B logo a screen splashes which prompt following message
"please enter setup to recover bios setting"
and shows a list of H/W which attaching to the CPU. Don't show the PS/2 keyboard only show the USB keyboard After 15 second system goes shut down. So there is no way to start computer.
I try to following solution for solving this problem which are:
1. Try to update bios with USB flash drive and do successfully but not solve the problem.
2. Clear the CMOS with disabling the jumper (mean changing the position of jumper) for some time but not solve the problem.
3. press the ctrl+alt+del and f1 keys but not take me into the bios setting.

Motherboard model is Asus- P5KPL-AM IN
System running on windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit edition.

What it means is press the key to enter the bios.
F1, F2, or the del key.

And the reason it happend is because more than likely the cmos battery of the board is drained and you need to buy a new coin cell battery for it.

That battery retains all the saved settings in the bios, and keeps the RTC correct.
Real time clock. so if the date is wrong, and the time you need a new battery. or the settings will not be stored.
All the settings in the bios are defaulted back to factory defaults.
So you have to set the cpu speed, memory timings. and hard drive interface mode back up each time till you replace the battery.
