Need help in building AMD Budget Gaming rig for 500$

I need a build $450-500/Php 20,00-27,000 AMD gaming rig and i currently live in Philippines
The money is just a small gift for my incoming HS graduation

Approximate Purchase Date: 3rd week of march/2 days before/after graduation

Budget Range: $450-500/Php 20,00-30,00

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Making Digital Art, watching movies,

Alright, I put the parts in a pcpartpicker list, but you can order online, or go to your shop and see if they have them. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2YyF3 This goes $7 over, but I don't think that will be too big of a deal :p
