PC Vs Laptop Gaming ???

pc ALWAYS will perform better than any laptop out there given the price.

as for the pc, id change the following

-use a locked i5 4440 instead of the 4670k. haswell barely overclocks and for the most part you can spend on other areas where the system performance actually increases by a considerable amount
-along with switching the processor, change the motherboard to something that runs the h87 chipset and take out the CPU cooler
-with the money saved, id suggest that you pick up a 128gb SSD for the rig. the SSD really defines a slow rig from a fast rig in terms of daily usage as it loads things much faster and overall makes a rig feel much faster
