Would you recommend MSI 970A-G46 AM3+

Hi. Would you recommend this motherboard (MSI 970A-G46) with an AMD FX-6300 Black Edition? Since I don't have much money to spend and this mobo has a good price for my budget.

To tell you the truth, there were a few negative reviews about this motherboard, but would it be good for me? Notice that I WONT overclock my CPU sooner or later.

I also heard some positive reviews about the G43 model which is older. So what do you say guys? I am somehow limited and I need a fast reply.

It will work fine for that CPU if you do not overclock it but the board has VRM issues and there are other boards that do not have, I would recommend this one instead http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A97_R20/
The G43 is crappier version of the same board!

Some guys on youtube were using it with FX 6300 for gaming, so it is capable. Would it handle the FX 6300 on 100% CPU Usage for lets say.. an hour or two? Since compiling or massive extraction requires some time.

Would you rate it: Very bad, Bad, Normal, Good, Very good?
