ok i see, then that would be good for you. Looking at your GPU price, you should go with either R9 270x or gtx 760 if any of one supports your budget(gtx 760 would be first option if you are getting r9 270x at same price of gtx 760). You can reduce your Power supply to 500watts which will be enough for you.
For psu:
SeaSonic
M12II 520 Bronze
Corsair CX500
Get anyone, which you can get cheaper.

270x is $20 more expensive and 760 is $70 more and both doesnt include BF4, is it really worth the extra money? and im buying 620w psu for future upgrades, will it be enough for 270 crossfire?

do you mean to say it comes with BF4 game for free?
yes, it does worth it and I would still go for R9 270x. You don't want to ruin performance for single game that you are getting with it, so sacrifice BF4 for R9 270x's performance which will provide you help by running in upcoming future games better. For future crossfire upgrade minimum recommendation is 650watts.
