Is this a good setup for medium settings on bf4 at above 40fps?

I doubled, maybe even tripled, your performance. It is $10 under budget, but do not plan on overclocking. If you want to overclock you are gonna have to get a after-market cooler. I would recommend the EVO. Its cheap and its amazing.

Is that FX6200 new?

EDIT: Wow it isn't. Never seen it before on any build.

I guess its underused, but when I find a budget at $600-$700 I always fit that CPU in. Its a really good one at the price point.
