Can I manually change resources used by the graphic card?

So looks like my wireless card -- RTL8190 based Trendnet junk--is conflicting with the ATI Radeon HD 3400 graphics card. I get blue screen once in a while and this is not an issue if I remove or disable the wireless card.

This is a work computer, so buying different hardware is not an option, I need to make this work. Is there a (right) way to manually change resource settings used by either graphic card or the wireless card so that they don't conflict?

Solution
just because you are logged in as an administrator doesn't mean that you have access to everything if you are on an active directory system from your work.

I'd ask your work for a different wifi card, or use a usb wifi card.

No, the machine isn't locked.
I did update the drivers.
And I am logged in as an administrator.

The option to turn off automatic management of resources is there, but it's dimmed (for lack of a better description) and it wouldn't let me uncheck the option.
