Budget £500-600 Gaming Machine

I'm looking to build a relatively cheap PC that should be good for 1080p gaming on very high settings (maybe not highest AA or HDAO etc) for at least a few years. Slightly limited budget so I'm skimping on the CPU and motherboard. Several graphics card options available but best value option listed below. What do you guys think? Any suggestions?

CPU: i5 4440 Quad Core
Motherboard: Asus H81M-K
GPU: KFA2 GTX 670 (only £186!!!)
PSU: BeQuiet Pure Power 600W 80 Plus Bronze PSU
RAM: x1 Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB stick
Case: Cooler Master N200 mATX case
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper Evo 212
Storage: Storage will be taken from my current laptop in the form of a Samsung 840 250GB SSD and a Toshiba 2.5" 500GB HDD 7200rpm.

This is a budget build and hopefully under £550 but it should (and I want it to) play all new games on very high settings for at least a few years to come.

Comments and thoughts appreciated.

This is a great build and it is worth the extra 38.32 quids due to the fact that it has a 770 which performs a lot better than the 670.

The gtx 670 for that price isn't that bad though so you could put it in,it doesn't get the fps from the other suggested gpu's but it comes at a nice price.

Thanks for the suggestions. Ebuyer currently have the KFA2 GTX 770 for only £218!!! Its the dual fan OC version even though the picture has the titan cooler.

The i5 4570 has much better boost clock than the i5 4440 and aria has it for the same price so I'll definitely try to pick up that CPU.
As far as motherboard, any specific reason not to get the Asus? Everyone tells me Asus make the best motherboards. Don't need good onboard audio as i'll probably buy a PCI card.

Final build cost including the KFA2 GTX 770 and i5 4570 is coming it at £553 (without any storage as I'll use the SSD and HDD in my laptop).

Thanks again for all the suggestions.

This is my final decision, with an MSI GTX 770 Gaming adding £57 to total cost if I add it in.

Any final comments? 760 or 770 choice will probably depend on how much I can sell my laptop for in the end.
