Hi. I recently have been having a problem with my Windows 8 laptop. Whenever I try to log in, it takes an infinite amount of time and never logs in. I even left it on overnight, but it was still logging in to my user account in the morning. I have tried turning it on and off several times, but it still remains to take forever and fails to log in. I tried to preform a system reset to delete all files and start fresh, but it always says "Unable to reset your PC. A required drive partition is missing." I am so confused and will be thankful to anyone who helps me resolve this issue. Also, my laptop came pre-installed with windows 8, but I recently(3 months ago) upgraded to windows 8.1.
