Sporadic Freezing Computer

Hello, I built my computer last year and recently it has started to have sporadic freezes with the audio every few seconds while talking on skype/comms. During this my internet speeds go from 3mps down to 0-20kbs. When I try to download Steam games it says disk busy on Steam. I run internet speed tests and changes from 20 kbs to 20mbs each time I run the tests. It is not my interent isp or card becfuase I have used different ones and use multiple devices that run fine. I ran memory and HDD tests and nothing showed up. I also run antivirus software. If any helpt that would be fantastic. Thanks.

What IEEE does your network adapter support? Does it run 802.11n? That's the newest IEEE standard so it should run from that to get max internet speeds.

As for your freezing audio, I'll have to research on that. I"ll get back to you in a sec.

Sorry I didn't mention, all drivers are up to date. Thank you though.
