Hello, this will be my first pc build and this is what I've come up with so far http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2YErV
I'm having trouble deciding if it's worth choosing a i5-4th generation over the i5-3570k I chose. I'm not too worried about "future proofing" and from what I've discovered so far the i5-4th gen cpus aren't impressively a step above from what I chose. I'm aware this would also cause me to choose another motherboard so if you think its better to go with 4th gen and don't mind linking a great compatible mobo that would be greatly appreciated. I also have plans of messing around with overclocking and SLI down the road. The case I chose was great but has no 3.0 usb ports so I will most likely be choosing another one, any tips also appreciated. Besides that, I also need a 23-24" monitor: 1080p, TN panel, 60-120hz, >5ms response time preferred.
