Installed 750 ti, (upgrade) now pc won't boot.

Any suggestions? already tried uninstalling old driver from old gpu, but when i turn on the pc with the 750 ti pc is stuck on the acer logo

Yea I also changed the old oem 300w psu to corsair cx430m psu

check card fans are working check cables could be a dud card so if you can try card in another comp
