I recently downloaded the latest beta drivers for AMD, and all, and I do mean all, games became incredibly slow, like I am playing Max Payne 3 at 60 FPS at all max and now I'm getting 20-30 with lowest setting, I thought that the drivers might be corrupt and I uninstalled and I re-installed the version before the latest beta (version before beta is 13.12), and that still doesn't work, I did look and found that installing version 13.9 seemed to work for some people having the same problem, it got slightly better at a flimsy 35 FPS with sometimes flickering to 25 for a second or two. Can someone please help me? And there's no need to tell me to get some new hardware, this PC used to run 60 FPS max every game (before I got the drivers update). Specs

Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 5800 Series
Precessor:Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67GHz
And my temperature is always stable at 35-50 Temp Celsius when gaming.
