Graphics Performance Lowered

I have also asked this on the HP Support forum but i want to see if Toms hardware forums can provide answers aswell.

I have a HP Pavilion 500-189 Desktop PC with Windows 8.1 x64. http://www8.hp.com/ca/en/products/desktops/product-detail.html?oid=5438762#!tab=specs
So the problem is that my graphics performance got lowered all of a sudden. (For example on Minecraft before i was running on 60FPS and now im only at 45FPS)

This happened once before when I did an upgrade from Win8 to Win8.1 and fixed it my factory resetting and updating Windows 8 drivers then upgrading to Windows 8.1 but now my graphics performance is lowered again.

So I can guess it is a porblem with my drivers. I have tried downloaing from the AMD website but that ended up detecting i have a R7 200 Series graphics (which i have a HD 8570 and HD 8670D). I have tried to download all of the drivers from the HP website, but nothing imporved.

How can i fix this problem? Windows Update, Device Manager and HP Support Assistant all say that I have the latest drivers and everything is working but the dip in graphics performance is bothering me.

Is it possible to reset graphics drivers and update them again? -Will that work, if so, how do i do that.
Will the AMD Catayst Control Center Beta work? (It does say it supports HD 8000 series) -Will that affect my system?
What can I do to fix this issue?

Thanks in advanced,
Harry

Listen, I've said this before, I'll say it again, if you are gaming with Windows 8/8.1 in x32 or x64, you are just asking for problems. Windows 7 x64 is the next best thing since XP and possibly Linux, Good luck!

It's not just gaming, it's everything that's related to graphical performance. VirtualBox has slowed down a knotch, movies and videos are one tiny noticable bit slower. I only put Minecraft because that was a change in FPS that i wanted to show.
