Power supply wattage Question

Hello, I am planning to build a pc soon and u am ordering the last of the parts. Do I need 600 watts? I was planning to do a mild overclock on the fx-6300. I also plan to replace the gtx 650 with an r9 270x later. Also, what brands are good fora power supply? Thank you

My current (theoretical build) is almost the exact same as this one and I have it rated at 500 watts. With the r9 270x(in my build as well) is the same. Get 600 watts (silver rating or higher) so you are good. My cpu had a higher wattage rating too.
