installing Diablo3 problem

Try installing it to a different folder than the "program files" folder. It shouldn't be a problem, but on occasion it can cause issue

Many people have said to just leave it running and it eventually works.
How LONG has it been stuck there?
Is it from a DVD or download?

Even on my current rig I have had Diablo 3 take a LONG time to install. Most of this time it was stuck at 60-some percent like yourself. Leave it be, and find something else to do for a few hours. Or install it before you go to bed.
