I have a Samsung Series 3 NP365E5C-S02UB Laptop with Amd A8-4500m. I received it as a gift and recently put a ssd and upgraded to 2x4gb samsung 1333mhz ram. In taskmanager under memory it says half the speed 667mhz. When I put in 1600mhz ram it read 800mhz. But when i put my memory into an hp it reads at the full 1333mhz. I updated to windows 8.1 pro and have all updates through windows update and the sw tool. Thanks in advance.

The Hp which I put the ram in and was reading fine was running 8.1 pro. Also when I went into the bios I couldn't find the memory section. In cpu-z it says the d-ram frequency is about 667. But NB frequency goes up to 1600. I also forgot to mention that the ram is the same and in taskmanager it says the ram is Dimm vs So-Dimm in the Hp.
