That will play Skyrim better than medium with all of the mods in the world.

This is a good build, I got the 760k myself, it is such a little beast of a processor for the price. But 380 watts wont cut it. Try to get a quality 450W PSU or a 500 watt one.

This is a really quality PSU with 40A on the 12V rail, that's really good for a PSU and it's the same price as your 380 watt one.
