Help Needed to buy a new Laptop

Hello I am from India and would like to buy a new laptop. My main usage will be for everyday use. I would like a 15' IPS screen, Blu-ray writer and a good battery backup. Budget around 40,000 to 50,000 India Rupees, not more than that.

May I ask why you would like to have IPS laptop monitor and blu-ray writer? There are definitely alternative for the blu-ray as most laptops either don't have a DVD drive, or just a regular one. As for the IPS laptop monitor, again it's not a very common thing for laptop, but there are some I assume.
