Hello everyone and im trying to build about a $400-$500 computer build that i will be able to play most games at very good settings with great fps and also livestream the game with no complications. I dont need a monitor, mouse, keyboard, or mic.

Since you are on a budget build a 650 ti really isn't a powerful GPU on new games like bf4 and titanfall, but I am sure that you will get a decent amount of FPS on the GPU.
