So I've been playing Skyrim, everything worked fine, my mods didn't cause any problems what so ever, the game ran smooth without any other issues too...

But then after few hours I tried playing it again and I got an issue like this:

As you can see there are serious graphical problems as well as freezing, stuttering and overall performance issues.

Any idea whats going on?
My mod list:

+ The Wilds ENB preset with ENB v251.

If you need any more information just ask.

I'm guessing you've already tried to backup your saves and reinstall the game?
If you have try updating your graphic drivers, try it without any mods and verify your game with Steam. Check for any skyrim patches and tweak your resolution/graphics settings to low (just for testing)
Unfortunate I've not encountered any issues like in the screen shots so all I can do is point out some obvious pointers.
Sorry it's not great but hopefully it might help.
Doubt they will but get back to me either way, I'll look into it more if these suggestions fail.

it may actually be a problem with reproccer, but try disabling everything and see if the problem persists.

another pointer I'd like to give is to use Mod Organizer instead of NMM, it's 1000x better because while NMM directly places files into your folder, making it somewhat hard to get rid of any incompatibilities when they do happen, Mod Organizer uses data virtualization, so the files are never actually placed into the folder, and you always have a clean Skyrim folder if some huge error occurs, also has built it bash patching I believe so the thing is just handier overall.
