I did what he said, someone please help. It still shines 3 red ring. It happened after someone from the power company turned my house power on and off. I tried turning on my xbox 360 but nothing worked. It was first the power cable so I bought a new one. Then I got RROD (3 lights). I have tried everything and now I think it might have to do with a broken part, probably in the powering area. HELP!?!?!
