my video card is idle at over 80C and when i play world of warcraft hits 100C would go higher if i didnt shut it off. This is happening out of no where. I want to just replace my video card. What all do i need to replace? I want to just get amd radeon r7 250 2gb video card. i have alienware r2 about 3 years old. what other parts do i need to upgrade to upgrade video card?

i have 3 gb ram i was told to upgrade to 8gb or 16gb then get amd radeon r9 video card, i have 525 w power supply now, would this be enough for those upgrades? and i only have an i3 processor would i need to upgrade this as well? i just dont know if i can just go buy the ram and video card and have someone install it.
