Nvidia GTX 750 ti & AMD Athlon II X4 620 Bottleneck question

I'm thinking of purchasing a Nvidia GTX 750 Ti for my older system with an AMD Athlon II X4 620 2.6 GHz Quad-Core processor. It has 6gb DDR3 ram, 300 watt PSU, so I believe the GPU should be okay.

So my question is whether or not the processor I have in my current system will bottle the GTX 750 TI?

depends on your psu really. some of the aftermarket 750ti's can draw more power than others and there is at least 1 i know of that takes a 6 pin pcie cable. if your 12v rail is only rated for 12-14a on the rail it wont handle a 750 ti. your cpu/chipset/memory can draw that much on max power draw
