The FX 8350 has a TDP of 125W
The GTX 760 has a TDP, with 0 over-clock, of 160W ( According to : http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-760-rev... )
We can then add in another 50W for the rest of your components. (motherboard, HDD, etc)

125W + 160W + 50W = 335W.

What brand is your current 550W PSU?
The Corsair TX750 is more than enough, in fact, you'll easily be able to do a 760 SLI if you get a second 760.
