So, I need three good gaming builds for 800€, 900€ and 1000€. I'm from Spain, so my options are Amazon and some Spanish sites that I won't mention anyways, since they're in Spanish and not in English. So only Amazon, I guess... Well, I need it all except the mouse and keyboard. Yeah, I need an OS, monitor, case... And meh, you know the whole list I guess.
Firstly, I'd like to ask if there are going to be sales soon, so I could get the components for a cheaper price.
And now, I'll just put this:
Approximate Purchase Date: March, hopefully.
Budget Range: 800€/900€/1000€ (without SHIPPING - anyways I want to know how much I'd pay for shipping)
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, surfing the Internet, watching videos, and any other normal use. I think the hardest task is Gaming.
Are you buying a monitor: Yes. I'd want it to be 1080p, if possible.
Parts to Upgrade: It's a new build, not an upgrade. So all, except the mouse and the keyboard.
Do you need to buy OS: Yes, I'd want Windows 8 or Windows 7. I've been a W7 user, never used W8 before.
Please note that if you're using an OEM license of Windows, you will need a new one when buying a new motherboard. (Is it a really big problem? The mobo should be changed every five years or more often?)
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I'm from Spain and I don't have many options. That, and the Spanish sites about hardware are in Spanish only. So Amazon, I guess...
Location: North of Spain. Many rains here, wet weather.
Parts Preferences: The CPU should be from Intel, if possible. I thought about an i5-3570, i5-3570K or an i5-4430. However, I don't know... The GPU should be from AMD or Nvidia. I heard AMD gives the same perfomance for less price. And I thought about a SAPPHIRE HD 7870 GHz Edition (can it play actual games in MAX settings 1080p smoothly?). I heard Sapphire is a good AMD-GPU brand. About the PSU, I think it should be from a trusted-brand such as SeaSonic. The other components should be from known brands as well, I guess.
Overclocking: No. I won't be overclocking the CPU nor the GPU. Maybe, and just maybe in the future. But I don't think so.
SLI or Crossfire: No. It'd be cool to still have a CrossFire/SLI compatible mobo anyways, just in case I change my opinion.
Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 (1080p). I think that's good enough.
Additional Comments: If possible, I'd want the PC to be quiet. And a beautiful case, that'd be really cool! I think Zalman is a good company. Isn't it?
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: It's a new build.
How good would the builds play these games at High-settings (or ultra) and 1080p?
-MAX PAYNE 3
-GTA: IV
-COD: MW3
-COD: BO 2
-Latest games?
