My motherboard is a Foxconn 2AB1. According to info on the motherboard, it can only handle up to 1333 speed RAM. Does that mean that if I use RAM with faster speed will crash my computer or does that mean that it can only use up to 1333 speed. (In other words my RAM speed is capped)

Solution
your motherboard ram slot speed is capped at that speed.

so you must buy ram that supports that speed even if the ram supports faster speeds then that speed to (but you wont gain anything by getting memory that can work faster as the motherboard speed is limited to 1333mhz). the only benefit faster ram would have is if your motherboard allows you to overclock your ram but im guessing by your question this is outside of your skill level. so just get 1333 MHz ram don't worry about getting ram that supports faster speed would be my recommendation.
