Here is my final build for my Win 7 Pro- 64 Bit machine (currently using Win XP)

http://pcpartpicker.com/user/rspitzer/saved/3R8s

CPU Intel Core i5-4430 3.0GHz Quad-Core $184.29
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-H87-D3H ATX LGA1150 $99.24
Memory Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 $86.99
Storage Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM $59.98
Video Card EVGA GeForce GTX 650 1GB $99.99
Case Rosewill Challenger-U3 ATX Mid Tower $49.99
Power Supply Corsair 600W ATX12V $54.99
Optical Drive Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer $16.98

Is there a better Case option? I plan to add an SSD in the future (maybe), Planning to use existing cooler options with case fans (not an overclocker)

The 650 will go in my XP box and I am pulling a 650 Ti Boost from my XP into my Win 7 (keeping the XP box)

Games I play are low tech... Only upgrading from XP as it's days are numbered (my days... Gulp... I still have a Windows 98 os disk)
