Hi! First time Builder/EVGA Owner, I own a GTX 760 SC /w ACX Cooler 2GB. I've never thrown this money on just a GPU, so I have a question. Say, a new GPU comes out, within 2 years, and it's time for an upgrade, what're my choices in the case of having this GPU, and upgrading. What I'm trying to say is, I know EVGA has a 90 Day policy regarding exchanging Products, etc. but what if it's past that, am I stuck? Do I have to sell it off Ebay, or Craigslist? Sorry, I know I could contact EVGA, but I already had this typed out :ange:

What are you trying to ask here? The return/warranty only applies to a broken product.
If a new model comes out in 2 years, then you buy a new one. They are not going to take this one back and give the new model.

You're not 'stuck'....you've gotten 2 years use out of it. Sell it, give it away, turn it into a HTPC, whatever.
But EVGA (or whomever) is not going to give you a new one, 'just because'.

I guess my question was a bit of a run-on. What I was trying to ask was, what the policy implies, and if they would buy back the card for whatever price. I guess when it comes time to upgrade, I'll either sell it off Ebay or Craigslist.

No, the company won't buy it back. You bought it...it's yours, unless it breaks. Then they give you another just like it. Probably.
