should be, there's an I5 in there that should keep up, but I'd recommend a 760, it's a better card.

no, look for an asus, msi or evga with their respective after market coolers.

don't get the 4gb 760 unless you plan to SLI it later, which you probably aren't since your mobo won't support it. Either save money and get a 2gb 760 or put in a little more for a 770. I'd say get a 760 and look to change your CPU and mobo to an FX series CPU or intel.
