I have been looking around for a new graphics card and dont know if my motherboard can handle and take it. My motherboard is a MSI Computer Corp. ATX DDR3 2000 LGA 1150 Motherboard i want to know if i can run a EVGA GeForce GTX 650 1024MB GDDR5 DVI mHDMI Graphics Card 01G-P4-2650-KR on it

Yes a single Nvidia card should run, but your motherboard is built to Support 1 or 2 AMD(ATI) cards, as CrossFile is AMD's version of Nvidia SLI.
