I have recently noticed that I have only been getting 75 FPS in all the games I play no matter what I set the graphics settings at. I am using an EVGA GTX 780 which I have not overclocked at all although I did try it in an attempt to get it off 75 FPS. If anyone can tell me if there is some kind of limiting feature I can turn off that would be nice 
edit: I have done some benchmarks on Ungine Heaven an that kind of thing and I am getting 90-200 FPS which makes me think its the games limiting it
Quick list of some games I play:
-Dota 2
-TF2
-Skyrim: the elder scrolls
-Tribes: Acend
-Planet side 2
-CS GO
and all those kinda games
