PC Problems, Please Help!

well i have a Asus Pc and while it rendering it crashed so i turned it off and when i turned it on it froze and it keeps freezing at the bios load up screen where it says the brand the text that says to press these keys to enter bios and i cant do anything it freezes when gone to that screen. no matter what when i get to the screen with any keyboard it will not let me press a letter or key. all i need to know is what part of the Two Hardware devices are the problem the CPU or the motherboard cause i can only buy one. if you know and reply thank you in advance

Sorry but i have learned the motherboard had broke. The part were the cpu sits in no longer holds it in, i can pull the cpu out while its supposed to be locked in place.
