Hello,
I just had a couple quick questions regarding the Barracuda series of HDDs. Does anyone have one and would you recommend them? I would prefer to either go with a hybrid or standard quality speed HDD opposed to a SSD. If you recommend a Hybrid or can sway me to get a SSD drive please feel free as I do think the Samsung's SSDs look nice. I just don't want to have to worry about which drives to allocate what program/game too so I figured I'd go with one standard quality HDD. The thing is I really don't care much about load/boot times. If you do recommend a hybrid, please explain some positives and negatives if any about a hybrid drive.
I currently have an older computer that was given to me by a buddy who is a SEO junkie. It still holds up very well but it is significantly outdated, first gen i7, GTX 295, Corsair Dom GT, ect. I'm currently looking to build a new computer.
My build thus far is looking like as follows, I am not planning on overclocking. I kind of want to make what I would consider more of a "purist." I want to put the parts in, get it up and running and leave it as is, good for overall performance which includes solid gaming, multi media, movies, music, downloading, burning and web browsing.
So far I have in mind:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770 Haswell 3.4GHz LGA 1150 84W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics BX80646I74770
GPU: ASUS GTX780-DC2OC-3GD5 GeForce GTX 780 3GB 384-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card\
Optical Drive: N/A (some kind of blu-ray burner most likely)
Case: N/A (mid tower case of some kind)
HDD: Barracuda 1 TB 7200 rpm 64 cache or a Hybrid drive of some kind.
If you can recommend any kind of optical drive, mid tower case, and heat sink for my CPU I will more than take that into consideration as well.
