Specs:
AMD A8-5500 APU
GeForce GTX 760
12.0 GB RAM
750 Watt Power Supply

As you can see my CPU sucks and games and streaming suffer from it, and my mobo don't know the specific model but it only has a FM2+ socket. So, I wanted to buy a new CPU preferably intel. The CPUs I was looking at were the "Intel Core i7-3820" or "Intel Core i7-4820k". I don't know much about the CPUs so I don't know which is better in terms of playing "Minecraft" or streaming, "league of legends", "Titanfall" when it releases, and StarCraft 2". I also need a new motherboard for these CPUs. Hopefully one with 2+ Slots of PCI, and in the price range of 150-200$.

More about : cpu mobo

Well the 3820 and 4820k are over $300 each so scratch them off of your list. You don't need a cpu that strong anyway. $200 is only going to get you an i3 + motherboard anyway. I recommend saving more $ to get an i5. You need to have $230-250 to get an i5 and mobo.

Lol, sorry I meant 150-200$ just for motherboard. The confusion was my bad with the sentence structure I can spend like 500 $ on the CPU and MOBO.

A 4th gen i5 is all you really need. You can get the 4670k a really good Z87 motherboard, and a really good cpu cooler for around $350

Really, but would the extra 150$ mean more power if I ever think of using 2 cards or would the 4670k power that too?

Yes the 4670k will handle anything you can throw at it. If it makes you feel better you could spend $80 and get an i7-4770k.
